STANLEY THOMPSON 18
Stanley Thompson, Canada’s master golf course architect, used his expert talent when he designed the original 18 holes in 1928. This course winds along the Bow River under the snow-capped peaks of Sulphur Mountain and Mount Rundle.

DRIVING RANGE & PRACTICE FACILITIES
Use of the driving range and practice facilities are included in the price of our green fees. Non-golfing guests may also utilize these facilities by purchasing driving range and other practice access at the golf shop.
Driving Range Hours:
1 hour prior to our first tee time until the last tee time on our 9-hole course (this time can vary by season, please contact us for more information).
GOLF CARTS
Carts are not mandatory but are included with green fees. Golfers are allowed to walk and may use a pull cart as an alternative. Golfers will be paired in golf carts, a maximum of 2 players and 2 sets of clubs per golf cart. We have a limited number of four bag attachments for golfers who want to share walking and riding. You must request this at time of booking in order to be guaranteed receiving one. Guests must have a valid Canadian driver’s license or equivalent to drive a cart.
DRESS CODE
Please note that proper golf attire is required at all times for both golfers and non-golfing riders. Shirts must be collared or mock neck golf shirts (no t-shirts or muscle shirts). Bottoms must be golf pants, shorts, skorts or skirts (no demin, track suits, joggers, leggings, cut-offs or board shorts). Golf shoes or running shoes only (no boots or cleats). Shoe rentals are available upon request. All members are responsible for the appearance of their guests.
JUNIOR GOLFERS
Junior golfers ages 13 and older are able to play on their own. Players under the age of 12 must get approval prior to arrival from the Director of golf before they are allowed to play (Generally, if the junior has a certified handicap, this is an adequate assurance that they have a fundamental understanding of the rules and golf course etiquette). Pace of play will be enforced.
NON-GOLFING RIDERS
Each golfer may bring along one non-golfing guest to ride along during the round. There is a charge of $50.00 plus tax per rider for 18 holes. Non-golfing riders must be over the age of 16 unless permission is granted prior to arrival from the Director of Golf.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the Banff Springs Golf Club is open to all residents of the Bow Valley. This includes residents of Banff, Lake Louise, Canmore, Exshaw, Dead Man’s Flats, and Lac des Arcs. Membership application forms are available below.

THE FAIRMONT BANFF SPRINGS GOLF COURSE GREEN FEES
The Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course green fee rates are variable based on date and season. All rates include shared power cart, unless otherwise noted, and use of Driving Range and Practice Facility prior to your round. Goods and Services Tax (5%) will be added at time of purchase.
ALBERTA RESIDENT'S RATES
Alberta residents are eligible for exclusive rates using the links below. Tee times must be booked at least 90 days in advance. Proof of residency is required. Subject to availability. The Alberta resident rate will be applied at the time of booking and will be reflected in your confirmation. No further discounts will be provided the day of at the golf shop.

JUNIOR GOLFERS GREEN FEES (Ages 17 & under)
Golfers aged 17 and under can golf for special rates when accompanied by an adult. Players under the age of 12 must get the approval of the golf services supervisor before they are allowed to play. No junior will be allowed to operate a power cart.
